Trying to make an oil bottle and don't want to manually measure and account for shrinkage? This tool creates the correct size opening for a standard oil stopper (stopper not included). The tool is sized for 12% shrinkage. 

Dampen the tool and push it into the neck of your bottle to properly size the opening.
